Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters is a 2007 platform game that follows Ratchet and Clank as they are stopped from their vacation to seek for a kidnapped girl and come upon the Technomites, a forgotten race.
Space combat is present like it was in Going Commando and the original game. Instead of controlling a spacecraft, the player now controls Giant Clank. There is still arena combat, but this time the player takes on the role of Clank and rides in a variety of vehicles. Clank reappears as a playable character, with the ability to command a team of Gadgebots, tiny robots that may assist him with certain tasks, though this occurs only in one segment of the game.
